Pakistan would never compromise with militants’
Pakistani Prime has appealed tribal leaders from South Waziristan to give a helping hand to government so they can fight extremism and combat terrorism.
In my opinion, this statement has been given to please the US administration. The government is not doing anything to eliminate the militancy in the tribal. Their actions have elevated the image of militants in the eyes of the people. Our government officials always say they are using a strategy of negotiation, economic and political development and selective use of military force to curb militancy.
Can they us where they are carry out developments projects? The government officials have pocketed all the money they received in the name of aid to develop the tribal areas.
