At What Times Can Drinking Water Be Harmful?

Water is very important for our life and it should be drunk at least 8 glasses a day.

 But there are certain times in which if water is drunk, it can be harmful.

 Drinking water during exercise can have negative effects on health.

 While exercising, the body temperature increases, which gives a feeling of warmth, but when you drink more water to cool yourself, you can face complications due to different body  temperatures.

 If there is a feeling of irritation after eating more chili spices, then you should avoid drinking water.

 A molecule present in peppers dissolves only when solid fluids such as milk are drunk instead of water, if water is drunk on top of peppers, that molecule remains intact and can spread from the mouth to the esophagus, which can make the situation worse and you may face nausea.

 If you are going to swim or bathe, then stop using water at least half an hour in advance, but during swimming, when your body adjusts to the water temperature, then water can be used to meet the lack of water in the body.

 Apart from this, avoid drinking water before sleeping because drinking water fills the stomach and it can take time to fall asleep.

 Kidneys perform their functions slowly at night compared to the day, due to which you can face the complaint of swelling of the face, hands and feet when you wake up in the morning and drinking water before sleeping at night can increase this problem in such people.
