Plum is also available in dry condition in every season and in this form also this fruit proves to be very beneficial for health.

It is believed that this fruit is very beneficial for digestion, but it is also beneficial for bone health.

This was revealed in two new medical research reports conducted in the United States.

Research reports from Pennsylvania State University found that eating dry plums daily could prevent bone weakness and volume loss.

235 middle-aged women were made part of these research reports because women have a higher risk of bone weakness than men.

The first study looked at the relationship between worm and bone health.

The results showed that worms and oxidative stress have negative effects on bone health, such as reducing the volume of bones.

In the second study, the effects of eating dry plums on the bones were examined.

For this purpose, four groups were formed, out of which one group was kept away from this fruit, the second group was instructed to eat 5 to 6 and the third group was instructed to eat 10 to 12 dry plums daily.

Some women in the fourth group were instructed to eat 5 to 6 dry plums per day, while some were instructed to eat 10 to 12 dry plums per day.

According to the researchers, the results showed that eating dry plums improves bone health.

He said that earlier research reports had found that eating dry plums improves bone health and now it has been confirmed again.

He said that dry plums can be important in strengthening bones.

He further said that dry plums contain many vitamins and minerals, which are important for bones, but at the same time, it also competes with fruit worms, which also improves bone health.

He said that more research will be continued in this regard to find out why this fruit is best for bone health.
