 The agriculture sector has ranged from 21.4% to 27.7% in the province's contribution to Pakistan's GDP
 The Sindh Land Tax and Agricultural Income Tax Ordinance, 2000 (Amendment) Act, 2018, imposes taxes on land and income from agricultural land in the province of Sindh
 The tax on agriculture income in Sindh was Rs607 million in the financial year ended on June 30, 2021, compared to Rs619 million in the previous year
 However, Sindh's agriculture sector has been devastated by the 2022 floods, resulting in the loss of crops, livestock, and essential infrastructure
