Therefore, it is imperative that the government focuses its efforts on rescuing the Nigerian nationals who have been abducted by Boko Haram, as well as defeating this dangerous terrorist group once and for all. Only after these pressing issues have been handled can we begin to consider intervening in neighboring Niger.
